I emailed Burt Greenwald Performance Parts its www.bgcperformaceparts.com they have the vortec cylinder heads i asked if they would work on the 305 TBI and they said that no they dont work with a TBI is this true.

 

you have to get an adapter to convert the four barrel flange to a TBI flange on the vortec specific intake
