bad injectors??

Has anyone in here had problems with their injectors? What symptoms do you have? We have an 88 suburban 5.7 liter TBI and it runs rough and dies sometimes and then will start and run at low rpms and then run normal all of a sudden. we think it might be clogged/ sticking injectors. Any ideas?
Thanks

I had bad injectors on mine. You can tell by watching them fire when it runs if they're bad or not. Instead of a nice clean cone of fuel, I had poor atomization and actual drops of fuel dripping from the injectors. It didn't stall, but replacing them with new flow matched injectors gave me noticably more power, and a much smoother and quieter running engine

that sounds like a dirty IAC passage if you ask me, get some carb cleaner and spray some in the iac hole and let it sit for awhile then start the car and let it idle and spray more down the iac passage to clean it out
