'88 TBI TPS adjust probs
Been getting a Code 21 on my 88 TBI powered Chevy. The infamous TPS adjust code. Measuring the middle (blue) wire gives a reading of 3.4V at idle, engine off, key on. I'm supposed to get 0.500V at idle, right? Ground (black wire) has been verified as good. The top wire gives a solid 5.0V reading. Anybody have an idea what's wrong with this picture? The engine is a 305, auto trans. Thanks much.
