Should I plug this line on my tbi

Do I need to cap this line off? I have an open element and I just have noticed it in this picture that it was pluged up and wondered if I should do it to mine.

yes, cap it off. If you don't have a cap for it, an easy solution is to keep the stock rubber line on there and thread a screw into it to plug it up.

Thats what I did originally was screw a bolt in the hose. It worked fine. I just forgot why I pluged it up.
