Youd have to hit the dyno to actually find out.

Agreed...........bet to hit the dyno and then you will know exactly.
I have the same mods as you, although I also have headers and a costom tune, no cat. I am running an auto with 2.73 open dif. Stock and I mean stock everything I made 143hp and 228 flbs tq at the rear wheels. Post mods, open air, plugs and wires, cap and rotor, Eledbrock TBI intake, Edelbrock headers, 3in exhaust, hooker muffler, pulled smog pump, pullys, costom tune-very important!! I made 189hp and 264 flbs tq at the wheels. That made me 46 hp and 36 flbs tq to the wheels!! Good enough to move my stock 1/4 mile for 16.18 at 87.11 mph to a new best of 15.34 at 92.22. Lots of wheel spin on an my peg legged 285 zr 17 american racing tq thrust wheels and drag radials.

my friend did a similiar setup but installed a stock LT1 cam as well and was able to pull a 14.7@94mph out of it.
