To become a moderator? Well, you have to prove a knowledge of the board's topic you moderate, be in the right place in the right time, be capable of being nutural, and know someone.

Seriously though, This board is not looking for any more moderators.

O ya, and you gotta be willing to spend a ****load of time online.
