Bored TB with Edelbrock Perfomer TBI manifold
Well I'm just checking if I could run a 2in bore TB on a stock size (11/16)Edelbrock Performer TBI Intake manifold, without any problems? Would the air or gas bind up in there? And my next question is how much horsepower can the stock TB support. Because I am only going to be at around 300FWHP and if the stock TB can do it, I will just leave it. After that I will be adding a Nitrous Works TBI kit!

Stock bore TBI unit can do 300 Crankshaft HP just fine. Its limit is about 315-325 crank hp.

I bored my Edelbrock intake to 2" so when the day comes to upgrade to a larger bore unit I will be ready. If I recall correctly I think there will be blade interference between a 2" unit and the stock 1 - 11/16" bore of the stock or edelbrock intake. As fast mentioned though, unless you are past the 300hp mark I would leave the stock unit be.
