stock TBI fuel pressure

I just put a FP guage in my 89 9c1 L05 and it shows a pressure of about 9.5. It's all stock at this point. But I have a JET AFPR to put in next. Just wondering, what has everyone else seen for their stock FP?

Is that F.P. at idle or at Wide Open Throttle? My shut off switch for the juice is @ 7psi.

ohh, the motor that I'm talking about is an LO3 BTW

That pressure, 9.5 psi, was at idle.
