my engine has a sqealing noise coming from inside the intake manifold. i discovered it tonight when i just arrived at the WaWa to go street racing. does anyona have any idea of what this could be. it is a akward sound. my engine is stock 305TBI. it only has open element and no cat.

Put Cat back on so our children won't need gas masks in the future. Then it sounds like a bad injector. I know you where having stalling problems and it might be the injectors (usually not because TBI is tank). It's most likely a fubar fuel filter. Check that then get back to us.
