89 Silverado...with TBI 350...lean miss question

89 Silverado...with TBI 350...lean miss question
A friend of mine has a 89 Silverado it has a lean idle miss. It's done this almost since new. Ignitor system is in good shape. Any ideas what might cause this?
My first thought was mis-match fuel injectors.
