Only thing bugging me is that the air tube is block off but it looks like it goes into the cat. If you look throught the cat you can see the light being divided in half by the tube. Can I drill the end of it back open??

I'm pretty sure cats are supposed to have air injection...

 

SOme do some don't. Some emmission states need it, some don't. I blieve CA does need it, Tas. Call a smag station or referee and ask em.
