You might have answered this before but i didnt see it. What did you do about the big increase in chamber volume the edelbrocks have over the 305 heads.. did you have them milled? or are you just running low compression? if so id be even more impressed
it's really not htat big a diff in chamber size. our stockers are 58cc and the performer centerbolts are a 60cc head with a little bit thicker gasket. it took the compression down to about 8.88:1 from my math. not a terrible drop when you consider the air flow i picked up.

ah.. i had thought they were 64 cc. It would seem to me youd wanna mill those things being that aluminum extracts energy as heat from the combustion process compounding the situation. Then again if you are gonna use em on a 350 maybe not
