Well friends,
I made the 125 shot work finally (see post in power adders) and let me tell you this. With the mods I've done to it, this 305 motor is killer!!!!!! Headers, y-pipe, open element, good cat-back, and gears. All I have to say is wow!! It might give my 327 (N/A) a run for it's money. P.S> I'm using a 2.73 peg leg b/c i blew my other rear.....so this is my original (spare).
It is running very well. Be sure to use high octane 92/93 and run a step colder plug. Tming does not **necessarily** have to go back if you run a colder plug. ***This is in my case*** yours might vary. Hopefully I can get some times on this baby, but things keep coming up.
There is no stock Mustang that can hang w/ you w/ this combo. Even Cobras!!!!! (except the "R") obviously.
If you don't wanna swap the motor just yet........DO THIS AND BE HAPPY!!!!!!

 

Which kit/system did you install? What intake are you running? Stock or carb w/TBI adaptor?
