Intake, how to fit on stock heads?

I have been looking at buying an Edelbrock Torker II intake, but I know that this will not bolt up to my stock heads. What do I need to do for it to bolt up?

I plan on hooking up to this a 670 Holley TBI I own, do you think this is the best choice in intake? If not what?

I know this may sound like a lot of carburation but I have big plans for this little 305.
Thanks,
Jordan

I like mine (i run the torkerII) The center two bolt holes will need to be elongated some so that you can bolt it to the later style heads
