What are the best Dremel bits to do the Ultimate TBI mods with?
I have a dremel but I was just wondering what bits you guys used to grind down the places named off in the article about Ultimate TBI mods. It may be a little while before I have time to park my truck to do these mods but I am in the planning phase.

I used the fiberglass reinforced cut-off wheel to cut the ridges off around the bores. Then I used one of the grinding stones to smooth out the edges.I went ahead and polished the whole tb unit while I had it off the car. Came out nice.

i used the fine sanding drums to do all the smoothing. it is a little slower but i felt like i could get it more exact.

i was told to use carbide reinforced grinding drums/wheel. by pablo.
i used a paper sanding drum, high grit, but you gotta get a few of em, cuz they get gummed up, and they wear down fast too. Never did do all of one yet,
no reason to now, except that i might and just sell the ones i have. nebody interested, ill do the ultimate mods, you buy the ultimate tbi worked base for $50. i have 2 1 11/16's ready to be grinded.

Which mods would you do to the TBI unit? Are you just talking about the grinding parts or also the Adjustable FP regualor? Are you wanting a trade in of my current TBI unit? I am interested, just fill me in on some more facts.

I know I have alot of questions but I am just still working on getting used to this sight. On the bases you currently have you are doing all of the grinding mentioned in the ultimate TBI mods part 2 section right? How would you expect payment I have done some buying of stuff on the internet from individuals but all that was shipped COD, is that what you had in mind? I would be willing to buy one of your units if you will ship it COD.

Power gain? Probably... hard to say... Makes you feel good though :-). I ground mine with the silicide oxide (? I think? The blue/grey ones not the brown ones) wheels my dremel came with. Wore down two of them I think, you should definitely buy some extras. The brown ones filled up with aluminum particles too fast. I did do the final smoothing with sanding drums too, but the main grinding I did with the stones. Oh and I used the fiberglass cutting wheels to cut off the ridges at first, but that doesn't really save you a whole lot of time. It is pretty easy to break the cutting wheels while doing this. If I did it again I might just grind everything.

ya the ultimate tbi two mods. grinding down the bore ridges and radiusing them into the bores. plus grinding down the throttle shaft, PLUS, kniving the blades so that they are sharp, but are still the correct size. to fill the bore.
i would suggest paypal, its the easiest way to pay on the net, im a verified paypal member, and i give you my word, i wont screw you over. if you still want cod, youll have to pay for it, but i think its like another 7 bucks. hell thats what it will cost to ship without it cod. so i would guess 14 for cod, 7 for non.
btw, i havent done them yet, and wouldnt get to it till after school is out the first week in may.
