Emmisions question

I know that the question on how to remove it has been asked but I can't seem to find any instructions on how to remove the smog air pump to make it less cluttered. The only thing I have found is the belt size in the tech section. I'm limited on the amount of time my camaro can be down so I need to know what I need to do to make the removal smooth and quick. Thanks.

So far all I've removed was the air diverter (sits on top of the valve cover, and got the service engine light when I did it. Took only about10 min to remove. The Smog pumps just looks like it has 3 bolds holding it in place so that should be another 10 min for that. The air stuff that attaches to the exhaust and the tube that runs to the cat I just plugged up with "HELP" caps. Shouldn't take more than a hour to do all that.

Make sure you have a Serpentine Tool or a Brakeover tool.

Is the light still on? I just e-mailed a guy and he told me not to remove the box. Does everyone get a check light when they remove the box?
