Timing with an ADS superchip?

Timing with an ADS superchip?
Yes, I know the ADS chip is no good, but it's already in there. Does anyone know how much it advances timing and how much more could I advance it without detonation?

I have a ADS stage 3 in my formula and I think the timing is set at 38 total and I have my base set at around 8??? Can't really remember.....but thats close I will check for you soon and let you know.
