This gut wants to buy my tpi set up off my 91 305 z28 to put on his 92 rs. Im including my harness and computer. Both are auto trans.
Just wondering about the fans on an rs and the cable that runs from the trans to the throttle body. Does the rs have the the cables. Also is there anything else that could cause a problem. Will this make a notable differance over tbi or should he buy some other light mods?

 

he is going to need to change the fuel lines from the tpi unit to the steel ones on the frame. also do the same from the sending unit in the tank to the steel frams lines. he will need to by a higher pressure fuel pump because he will need to from 8 or 9 psi to 20-25 psi. other than that he could go with a the tb bypass, new runners and airfoil and that should help some.
