Im getting a Code 24 and about 10mpg on my buddies 92 rs..305tbi..
Any things off of the top of your head?

 

24 is VSS. There is more to your problem IMHO. A service manual will lead you through the diagnostic procedures.

 

I got the same code....had it for over a year now.....it is startin to **** me off. I will be rollin at 65 hit the brakes to get of the highway and it will pop on (damn bright light) I havent had any problem with the way the car drives....sometimes it is 5 mph off. If you figure out how to fix it....TELL ME HOW. I cant figure out.
