Installing 350 into 92 TBI, Help Please!!!!!

I'm going to install a 350 (69-79) in my 92 TBI. My questions are:

Can I retain the stock TBI??? Or is the carb better??

What parts can be swapped, which can not???

What additional parts are needed???

It's not a serp. system, does this matter or can I bolt my pulleys on??

Will the dist. and waterpump bolt on???

How do I make the intake fit the heads??

Your replies will determine if I'm going to do this or not, so please, all info is seriously needed.

The swap will be easy. It's not going to be very hard, just check out my website. There is a link to some key directions of the swap from 305 TBI to 350 TBI. You will also need an older style flexplate becuase the older crank on the 350 is a 2 piece rear main seal and the 92 TBI is a one piece. Hope this helps, if you can't find the link on my site then e-mail me.
