Advanced timing to 4 degrees, will I fail emission test?

I have an 89 RS w/TBI and I bumped up my timing from 0 to 4 degrees. Will this affect emission test that I must endure in a week?

It'll certainly make it tougher to pass. Just back your timing off for the test, then reset it afterward. It's a simple enough job...
