Some chip tuning questions
OK, i had bought all the stuff and started tuning my own chip last spring, and BMmonte helped me out alot, i got the car running good, and go rid of alot of my problems, and this question isnt a real big problem, but i just want to figure it out, before the car warms up to temp, and i start driving it (its a 5 spd) when i get higher in a gear it seems like the car just runs out of engine like when it gets into the 3500-4000 range. Almost like its not getting anymore fuel, but once the car warms up im good, and can run the gears up and down all day long, i feel like i just need to make a fuel adjustment somewhere but im not sure where to do it or how to pin point it. Thanks for your help again guys!

In the 8746 try the Open Loop AFR vs Temp (location 0xD38B) and Open Loop AFR vs Load (location 0xD344) to adjust AFR prior to going into closed loop.

Should I raise the AFR on both of those graphs? how much to increase? and i should only raise the AFR in the sections up to the temperature that i know when the problem goes away? Thanks!
Also could i adjust the choke as well? the CHOKE- AFR subtracted vs coolant

i believe the choke times out pretty quickly.
on a cold start i can witness with the WB that the A/F changes shortly after car starts. As was stated the OL AF tables vs temp are where to look. my car also is manual. i never adjusted the OL load table however. maybe i should?

Re: Some chip tuning questions
ok, i upped the AFR in the chart listed above and ran the car and it bogged out sooner and worse than it did before, so should i decrease the numbers in the lower temp ranges? which way richens it and which way leans it, and do i have to redo my VE tables after this change also? Thanks!
