I got a 1990 Formal.These heads won't bolt up will they?

 

the only trouble might be from the 4 intake bolts in the center.

Are '85 tpi heads a big improvement over L03 heads, or just a little better?

 

A little improvement. Just trying to see if they will fit

 

Be sure to update this if you do that mod and tell what they do for you. I might add that to my list for when I do the cam swap.

But I still need to know if they will bolt up before I go & buy them.I would hate to waste time and money.If it will bolt up,I'll tell ya all about it so we can do a tech article.Any could be better than those heads we have now.
