It shakes and vibrates like mad when I start the car. It does it until I give it a touch of gas. It feels like it's missing or something, but then it picks up.

Check your wires. Does it feel like it misses when you give it some gas? If not it could be some fouled plugs, when did you last change the plugs? If it's only at startup then I have no idea.

The plugs were changed like 4000 miles ago at the most. It vibrates like mad and shakes, but when i give it gas it runs fine.
