rebuilt 305 TBI vs. new 350 TBI?

rebuilt 305 TBI vs. new 350 TBI?

in about a year or so i was thinking about rebuilt my 1990 RS's 305 TBI, but would it be smarter to just replace it with a 350 TBI, your opinions please.

About how much is a 350 TBI (New), i thought i seen some for only about $2000.

There is no replacement for displacement. Except $$$$$$$.

The 305 is underrated. It's stroke is the same as the 350's so It provides good torque. However the bores are smaller, it will breathe as well in upper rpms...
You can get lots of hp out of these motors, but just remember whatever you do the 305, you would get more out of the 350. If I had a choice at the moment, I would have a 350 in it right now.
