Im gettin a 1990 iroc 350 put into my car..its a L98 350..ok heres the deal.....Were going to put the TBI on first instead of the TPI...We just want to get that put together and are curious to see how the TBI will do..anyways, How much HP will I gain or lose by having the TBI instead of the TPI on there? What other advantages or disadvantages will there be?thanks.

 

TBI is a lot cheaper to use on a fast 350. TPI usualy chokes 350s on the top end(awesome bottome end though) without expensive aftermarket parts.

while i have the TBI on there im going to clean up the TPI...and maybe even get it ported and everything like i was told it was a good idea to do...If i like the TBI...ill just sell the TPI and get my Edelbrock TES a little sooner than planned
