Cam Swap Started!!!!!!!!!

he gang, just wanted to let everyone know that i have finally gotten off my *** and started my cam swap. the process will also include several other goodies, electic water pump, revised rear suspension(50/50 shocks, z28 sway bar, and cut down stock springs), a holley 670cfm TB(yes, i know. i decided to go for a little more top end and less torque, and a holley intake(the larger overall volume will will be a better match for the cam).
if all goes well and things work out according to the math, i will see something around a 13.20 out of an N/A 305. maybe a very high 12 in the right weather.
so far i have the cooling system out of the car and the old TB is off. things are looking good, if i can get it done and tuned in a bit before friday it will go to the modern f-body shoot out to compete, if not i think i will still try to drive it down at least.
time to get back to work.

'Bout damn time. Your car needed a new cam so bad.
Electric water pump? Just for the weight savings? Or the "geek appeal"?
I'm glad that we're going to have a NA TBI in the low thirteens. Time to start making some TPI 350 owners eat their words.

the electric water pump will help the scavenge a few more ponies by takeing the load off the crank, and the geek appeal
