Ok Ive searched, no luck

I was gettin code 23, so I replaced my MAT sensor, no more engine light, car runs great.. when warm

After you let it sit for a little, it bogs when you initially give it the gas off the line (if you hammer it its not as bad) but normally pulling away it stutters

Sometimes it surges when it idles aswell

Any Ideas?

The EGR diafram is very tight I cant really push it in (Its the circular thing on the intake manifold, and I should be pushing at the bottom of it right?)

Stinger

Of iddle response:

Of idle response ‘shutter’ may involve several items.
I would check TPS for worn spot right were throttle transitions from idle to of-idle position. A TPS sensor is mounted on the right hand side of the throttle body and has a three pin connector. TPS sensor is nothing more than variable resistor with it shaft coupled to the throttle shaft. You can remove TPS and check it with DVM. If there is a worn spot there will be a sudden jump in resistance between pin 1 and 2 as you very slowly rotate the shaft. These things do wear out with time.
