You know the adjustable gauge under the hood.

An adjustable "gauge?" Do you mean an adjustable fuel pressure regulator? Or maybe a fuel pressure gauge? Normally pressure gauges aren't adjustable, per se. I've got info on my site about modifying your regulator to make it adjustable AND a couple of pix of my fuel pressure gauge install.
Not real clear on your question...

if you are looking for a guage, it is definitely possible..i put a summit fuel pressure gauge on my car, and it cost me a total of like 15 or 20 bucks. pretty cheap if you ask me. i dont have any pics though (yet). basically i switched form teh steel lines from the area of the power steering pump to the throttle body with rubber lines. that way i just plumbed it right into a 3/8" rubber fuel line. worked awesome, and looks a hell of a lot better than the steel lines that didnt really fit well to begin with.

It's in my Jeep's dash, not Thirdgen, so can't help you with the "labor/parts" for your cars. Jeep dashes are VERY easy to work on, as any other Jeep owner knows. The gage is like $85 I think from Summit and worth every penney. Comes totally complete with a braided stainless isolator line full of water and antifreeze ready-to-go, and VERY nice looking. I have the FP gage along with Oil Pressure, Volts, H2O Temp, Fuel Level, Vac Level, Tranny Temp, Engine Oil Temp. I basically reoved the OEM plastic plate/gage pod, cut out a bunch of it, cut a flat 1/8" thick aluminum plate and aluminum rivited it to the OEM plastic, cut the gage holes in the aluminum and mounted the aluminum faced AutoMeters inthere, along with the Edelbrock AirFuel Meter thingy and a switch to turn it off, if I want.
