Thanks for taking a look. HolleyEGRproblem.bmp you can see where the IAC wiould hit the EGR valve. Sorry to you dial-up guys, the pictures are .bmp's, I haven't reloaded PhotoShop to make them .jpg's. Please take a look anyway.

Thanks!

Yuck, I see what you mean (second page of pictures). I didn't know it was that bad.
Do you have an TB spacer? Do you have cowl hood? If yes, then just make a spacer for the TB OR scrap the egr all together and run without it. E-mail me if you want to know how to get rid of EGR.
Those seem to be the only easy options. I guess you could somehow relocated the EGR but that would just **** me off and waste time. That's just my opinion, I don't like EGR.

Next question. You know that I started all this bullsh!t because the manifold kept leaking out the front and rear seals.

What gasket sealer should I use? I've been using Ultra Black, but it seems like the oil is seeping right thru the stuff. Almost like it's "sweating" out.

I heard that Honda makes an RTV that is some crazy stuff. I also heard the same thing about "The Right Stuff". They sell it autozone in this easy cheese kinda can.

waddaya think?

I've always had good luck with the UltraBlue sealant, it swells a little bit when it contacts with oil, I've used it on several intakes, valve covers and never had a leak, I always rough up the surface with a fine sandpaper and then clean it with a good cleaner(brake cleaner works good) so it will stick good.
