ATTN: All who are attending the ATCO rally
hey everyone, as a random act of boredom, me and my friend took the 20 min ride to atco raceway to check out some stuff, and it was closed around 7:00. Went to the local wawa and the cashier told me they have winter hours and they close the track at 6:00. So, checking the schedule, we have from 10 - 6 to hang out there and race. Well, I'm so axious for this and i wanna plan this along with all ya. Are we all gonna meet up there at 10:00 when it opens? And anyclues whats goin on afterwards?

i called the track and they said that the gates and tech actually open at 9am. they try to start people running at 10am, they are not yet sure if the session goes 'til 4pm or 6pm though.
the plan for afterwardws is to go out to get soem food someplace as a group. jprevost is working on that, right now i think TGI Friday's is the leading canidate.

Sounds good. Yeah, TGI Fridays is probably the best place to get some grub.
I appreciate any help with the directions etc. I'm going to see if my friend wants to take his 69 camaro or not. Might have a pretty big crew just from my small town, then I'll catch up with the Ewing crew and be at the gates around 9. We're going to be a big crew so I don't think you can miss us.
The wawa thing sounds good but that's just ANOTHER stop for me and not really needed. I'm SURE it isn't going to be too busy, not like the summer.
Fastb, can you bring your eprom burning equipment? I'm going to bring mine but I don't want to be the only one. One man can only do so much when he TOO must tune his own machine! if you get my drift. I've promised Tim an eprom for a long time now so if he's got his car running I'm sure it's going to require a lot of attention. I can just imagine it now: BLMs pegged at 108 and go to over 128 at about 2500rpm, lol = lean under WOT unless you have some fancy vac AFPR cranked to the max .
Okay, well again, if you have directions to the restaurant that you can give me, please send it to me in an e-mail.

My friend just told me that they are going to Atco with me, not sure if they'll stay for dinner or not. If they do it's going to be 4 more people right there with me. 2 are for sure, the other 2 are a maybe. Might even have a kid (friend friend so I call him a kid) bring his 96 vette 6 speed. He's never raced and just got the car so we'll see how he feels after the thirdgens destroy him in the 1/4 .
edit: Anybody know if they can bring an simple dc to ac converter? I need one for the uv eprom eraser.

If I were you I would contact z28 boy. he has a unit and I don't think he's using it right now. He's using the holley 670 base with the GM injectors. Ask him if he needs it or if you could pay shipping and then a little bit to use it for like a month.
Did you need the BBC injectors with pod as well?

If you guys like roast beef samiches, right up the road from Atco at the Berlin Cricle there is a place called Ollie Gators. Damn good food in there
If ya guys need a place to stop at in Atco Raceway grab the lanes by the fence next to the staging lanes. Much easier to meet up there IMHO cause everyone has to drive by there.
Oh and Atco closes at 4 pm. I was there a few weeks ago on a sat and thats what time they closed.

Yep, Ineed the injectors and pod as well. But, I have the 350 truck TB unit so if the pods are the same, I guess I just need the BigBlock injectors. I'd have to run 80pph injectors at 17psi or the 90pph injectors at about 13.5psi. I prefer 90pph injectors, obviously, but 80 or 85's will do.
I'll try to get ahold of Z28, thx for the lead.
Are you there, Z28 Boy???????? I've essenstially promised another board member I'd buy from him but if taht falls through, he would be next in line, if chooses to get in the line.
