What are GOOD Valve springs for a stock L03

I have a 130k L03. The valve seals are bad (Smokes when its cold out in the morning)

If I need to do Seals, Why not upgrade the springs

Who makes a good spring that is stiffer and doesnt require any head maching?

Thanks.

Manley 22410-16 for upgraded cam, and 22409-16 for a stock cam. And the retainers are 23651-16 for standard height and 23652-16 for +.050" more spring height.
