I want to know who he is so he can help me fix my car if its you look at my tread car dies in gear and give me some help

Well I claim nothing, that being said..........
There is a valve hanging up in the tranny.
With out looking at a diagram it is either a valve in the valve body or
a valve in pump. There are valves in both places that control the pressure.
Which is what I think your problem is, the valve or check ball is not releving the pressure which would stall the car.

With your foot off the brake, drop the car in gear. If it lurches forward like dumping the clutch on a stick, then the TCC is stuck on.
The low vacuum is also a possible issue. 16 isnt very much. Should be a solid 20 unless there is some terrible issue with the motor. Whats the timing set at? As a test, you might try setting the timing with a vacuum gauge to get the best reading and then see if it still stalls in gear. Some other things that can cause a stall are a stuck or faulty IAC or a vacuum leak at the base of the manifold.
