I am building a 350 for my 91 RS this winter, and am trying to figure out how I am going to fuel it. I plan on sticking with the TBI and learning to tune myself (probably going with ebl). The motor will have 350 to 375 hp. I am trying to figure out what size injectors I need, and what fuel pressure to run. I am not sure what fuel pressure oem tbi injectors are rated at. I assume somewhere in the 13-15 psi range, but can't find a definite answer.

9-13 psi but most rang in around 10-11 stock. The late model and marine application 454 TBI's ran at 28-32 psi with 46# injectors. The injectors are very forgiving with fuel pressure. Currently I'm running 46# injectors at 40 psi and its fuel for roughly 360 hp and it won't hurt the injectors but it also gives a much finer spray too. I would go with a good fuel pump like a walbro that is capable of making some pressure rather then spending 150+ for new injectors and trying to stay around 9-13 psi.
