OK, I just picked up a 91 RS MINT!!! It's got a 305 LO3 motor in it. I have 3 race cars already (drag) and I am wanting to go "Pro-Turing" with this one. I got a 355 w/solid roller cam, E-Tech 200 heads and SUper COmp headers already. Here's my delimia:
I am thinking of leaving the car TBI... Here's what I was thinking
Holley 502-9 TB
GMPP Vortec TBI Intake
then get the motor dyno-tuned/chip made
Fuel Pressure regulator from CFM-Tech
Edelbrock 255lbh pump
Magna flow cat-back
Super Comp long-tubes and 3" custom y-pipe
Whats the ups/downs of doing this?
Motor made 618FWHP with 800 demon carb......
Should I just put a carb on it? (I am not very patient and if I cant get the TBI to work after a week, it will be gone)
I am not looking to race the car (like I said, I got FAST in the other bays) I just want something to cruise arount with the occasional mustang whooping on the streets when needed
Any help/info would be great

You will most likely go with a carb if thats the case.Originally Posted by F_N_JUNK

You'll be hard pressed to find a shop that knows TBI well enough to get your motor running well. On top of that you'll be skitting the edge of what TBI is capable of, in fact I'm sure this motor screems north of 7k rpm so I'm just going to say TBI is not for you......are you sure this motor is going to live on the street? For some reason I just can't wrap my head around 600+ hp with those heads and any cam that would idle below 2k rpm.
