here is my prob i have a 90'caprice with a tbi 5.0l in it i put wires plugs coil cap and rotor on it about a year ago it has not been driven no more thatn 10 miles or so since nor started till last week, when it was parked it ran perfect somtimes it would take a couple more than normal cranks to start but it ran perfect.
last week it started right up but when it shifts to second she falls hard then again in third i let her idle for about three hours to see if i needed any hoses or n e thing crazy from beeing parked for so long, well when i went to drive it again no falling at all just smooth power from idel to redline so yester day i go to start it no start it had fire but i could not here my fuel pump priming so i pushed it into my shop to check it out it starts right up fuel pump priming with key in on pos. today i go to start it no start check the fuel pump its working but i had no fire at the #1 plug left it for about two hours with the battery on charge it started right up so i figured bad battery i bought a battery now i have no fuel pump priming no spark please help
