Aluminum heads with TBI Intake?

I can get a set of 1988 vette heads from a friend. Is there a way to use them with the stock 91 TBI intake when I do my 5.0 to 5.7 swap? Is there any modification needed to keep the stock EGR set up? Are they worth any more power?
