Holley 670 Street Performer for TBI

I got on this web site last summer after putting a 350 in place of my 305 in a 89 RS. The 350 was a older model rebuilt locally added a Comp 260h cam. I got the TPI pump and a chip from a Caprice cop car and it finally ran enough to drive, but still seems I will never get it to run as it should. Funny part is I have 89 Chevy truck with TBI and after swapping a better 350 it all ran great without anything. So I bought the Holley TBI intake and a Holley 670, but after reading on here I was wondering if I would be better off using either a Weiand dual plane intake or a dual plane I got from Summit with the Holley 670 street performer. How much would I have change to run this setup on the 89 Camaro with a 700R? Is there a sticky or site I could read up on, I don't want to butcher up this car real bad been the family for ever. I already have both intakes and the carb so it seems that might be the best plan.

it has been the experience of many here that anything othe than he stock cam can cause drivabiliy problems with the car. Acaprice chip may fit fine, but did you verify that both ecm's were the same 8746 for camaro, 8746 or 16136965 for caprice. Also the proper sized injectors, esc module, and knock sensor will be needed for proper operation.

Do you think the Holley 670 TBI and Holley TBI intake would be a better choice for the Camaro with this cam than the carb and if so why?
----------
Would you recommend instead of the carb to use the Holley TBI intake and Holley 670 TBI I also already purchased it.
