i've never done this before, but i really want to clean up my engine bay, so i need all the info i can get on how to do it. any help is appreciated

Dude i did mine like 3 days ago and it was simple and i am a sophmore in high school. Just take your time and do it right. It took me like 3 hours and i got rid of everything. Just start ripping everything out lol. I took the smog off to. all the wires are unpluged and hid and theres no check engine light so thats cool.

thats kinda was i was thinkin of doin and now im glad to see it actually works lol. i was just wondering if there was anything special or important i have to do cuz it seems like every time i try to work my car something goes horribly wrong and makes my job even harder. ill let u guys kno wen i start tearing stuff apart lol

All you need is the AC delete pulley and the appropriate belt. An alternate belt routing allows for the smog pump to be bypassed. The rest is just simple removal.

But, I factory AC delete box is a tuff find, and a reproduction unit can be pricey.
