car wont start
hi ive got a 90 camaro rs v8 LO3 and i cant get her to start. she worked fine and then i got her new spark plugs. afterwards she wouldnt start. i know the plugs and wires are where they should be. the problem from what i can tell seems to be a electrical problem. for whatever reason the injectors arent being told to spray fuel, but i cant figure out why. i have already installed a new ECM and still nothing. can anybody help me
. i've been without my car for going on 3 weeks now

There could be a number of things that went wrong when you replaced plugs and wires.
1) Get DVM, check and see that you have +12 Volts at coil +B terminal (ignition key in run position and during cranking)
2) Check the two wire connector between dizzy and coil - check both sides for broken pins and wires.
3) Do you get spark when you crank engine over? If no, check ICM and reluctor coil. If you do get spark - check four pin connector plugged into ICM.
Perform above basic checks and let us know.
