tbi bucking when first starting out. Help!

Anyone have any suggestions on why the motor would buck when I first start out in every gear? If I just give it a little gas, I don't have a problem. It seems to be gradually getting worse. I could check my filter, but after my revs get up, it can hold them. It's just the initial WOT that is a problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your TCC solenoid, and adjust your TV cable, or is this a manual trans.

350, Thanx for the suggestions! Yes it is a manual. what is a Tcc solenoid? I see from your sig that you have a similiar engine. Have you had this happen before?

Never mind, manual doesnt have either of those things. But a TCC solenoid, (Torque Converter Clutch) controls the converter when shifting. I had a problem like yours and I had put a computer in that was for a manual trans. Took me forever to figure that one out. Anywho, I would check you trans mount on the crossmember and the motor mounts.

For me with a manual bucking was lean. I believe too much timing also causes bucking. I wonder if your fuel pressure is adequate? Consider datalogging to determine if fueling is issue. Verify fuel pressue.
