how do i get 300HP
Hi I have a 1990 camaro rs v8 305 and I and wondering what the best way to get this engine to 300HP. Its a tbi engine. All help appreciated

heads, cam will get you too upper 200s easily with a good tune.

If you're going to tear it down and go with heads and a cam, you might as well go with a 350 or larger. Unless you can't for some reason.

.234 dur .490 lift cam casket match ur intake manifold. polish throttle body. port and polish ur heads. roller rockers. that should get u started. do u want 300 to the wheels or too the crank?

Ultimate tbi mods, ZZ4 heads and cam, a matching intake and a tune should have it pretty easily.

That depends on what cam you put in. The stock one will be around 1600 RPM or so with a modded motor. Maybe 2000-2400, depending on the cam.

Well what size cam and stall converter will make for a much more powerful take off at a reasonable price?
