Just was wondering what people get for MPG with their 350 TBI. THe last couple tanks of gas ive got right around 16, and that is all city miles. I didnt think that was too bad considering my F150 with a 4.6 is getting around 15 or less. My setup is a 350, Holley TBI, 5 spd, and personally tuned chip. What are you guys getting?

 

You should be getting more then that with the 5 speed.

Give more detailed info about the engine, is it stock or what?
Also what rear gears?
Hows your driving style?

 

Im getting between 15 and 16mpg during weekly city driving and about 19/20 on the highway. This is with a minorly modded 350/cam/intake/Headers/ignition and ultimate tbi mods. Its a Fullsize regcab pu. With 3.08 gears and Th700r4 auto. Self tuned as well. Now when I change to 3.73 gears I think my in town mileage will increase slightly as well as a minor increase on the highway, just do to the cams power range etc. I would think that you should be getting better than me in a car with a 5sp though?? Not sure just my 2c's

 

I'm getting about 13 city and 25-27 highway. I have a strong feeling a previous owner over-stalled the car, I have no clue why my city mileage is down. It was the same when I had 2.73 gears too.
