TBI Runs rich/smoke/no idle/Backfires through TB.
Ok guys i wanted to run this past you.The vehical runs rough/misses/blows out smoke/won't idle. I'm thinking the computer is messed up. Anyways. It sounded to me like a MAP sensor. So i swapped it out. Nope.. Started testing the wires. Key on engine off I started probing. Its getting 5v ref. sending 4.6V back to computer. Thats right..right?? temp sensor varys in resistance too. No vac leaks. You really see those injectors dumping fuel at idle. Any Ideas??Thanks

well i know that theinjectors are stock. The car was running fine. Now that I think of it I was welding on the back of it. Battery still connected. Did I burn up the PCM??

That is exactly how my car sounds. If I drive it it will try to choke out on acceleration probably because it's getting to much fuel. Sometimes when I try to start it, fuel will shoot out of the carb.
