What´s a good open filter element ???

Now, I´ve got an open filterelement for my transam. The problem is, i can´t fit it to my car. It touchs the ignition wires. What can i do ? I´m looking for an open filter element just for TBI ? Is a Throttlebodyspacer the answer ? 0,5 inch ?

Look in the articles section. Ulimate TBI... I belive it will have the info you seek. If it is not, there are others there that will.

i have a poweraide throttle body spacer and i love it, it seems to put some pep in the step, i know for most cars ebay is a pretty good answer to throttle body spacers and open air filter setups, might try checkin there if you dont want to blow alot of money on it. K&N has a real nice cold air setup.
