so ive been doing alot of reading about the ignition system just wondering if im correct in the assumption that if the distributor is bad then there will be no spark and the tbi injectors wont fire. right now im fighting this problem and ive replaced everything except for the distributor, i dont have a ohm meter or i would test the wires but they all look good and it just happened out of now where driving down the road the car just stopped running and hasn't started since

 

Get a DVM!! They are only $15 at most stores.
Just because component looks good means very little to electrons!

i had this same problem last night,it died and wont start its got a couple month old jegs distributer and coil. i have no clue what it is but i hope its not the distributer

 

double post, i dont know if you figured out your problem but i took out my control module and put in my old one the car started right up first bump, i was pissed... but its fixed now.

 

sounds like the ignition module... just my .02
