Heads/Cam/Lifter ideas?

Car: 1992 Camaro RS & 1994 Mazda 626
Engine: 305 TBI V8 / 2.0 4-cyl.
Transmission: 700R4 / I have no idea
Axle/Gears: Stock 2.73 / I don't know
Heads/Cam/Lifter ideas?
Got a 1992 RS (I know, I've been doing a lot of posting in TBI), and I really want to get better numbers with it when summer comes around.
I'd like to put new heads on (yes, I am fully aware that that requires a lot of machining and a valve job), a new cam, and roller rockers, and I'd like to know what I should buy because this car is a daily driver and I am commuting 70 miles a day at least for the next two years.
I'd like good performance (at least 220hp) with good gas mileage and without a lumpy popcorn maker idle.
Should I really mod a 120k LO3, or swap?
Some ideas?

I do agree with with rough. For a bit more money you could upgrade a little more with heads, intake, tbi, fuel pump and cam and get her up to 325-350hp easily.
