which way is up?
I have some questions about directions to go next. I want to do some more mods for power to my car and I am looking for the programmer. I want to do the upgrades to the ecm. My TA is all stock except for the open air cleaner and Flowmaster which I will be installing tomorow or so. I have removed the lines to the AIR and will be getting that outta my way. I want to add some mods but dont know which direction for My TBI car. I was considering my rear swap also. How much notice will i feel in the change from 2.73 to 3.23 gears?

For tuning EBL flash is probably the best ecm upgrade you can find.

The AIR sistem is not holding power back (maybe 1 hp), it allows the catalic converter to reduce toxic emissions.
For the rear axle gears you can do some reserch in the "Transmissions and Drivetrain" forum, some mebers report 2.73 to 3.23 dropped 1/4mile 0.5 second.

As far as stated in the Tuning threads on your tbi you wont need tuning until after you have headers, exhaust, intake, manifold, a mild cam. After that you should start looking into tuning with some nice heads.
As for rear end change and feeling. I think its one of the biggest bangs for the buck and best noticeable change on our cars right there with SFC's. Even a change from the 2.73's to 3.23's will be noticed, and for under $200 you cant beat new gears...you just cant.
