Hi i am gonna be swapping in a 350tbi in my camaro after my 305 gives out and i was wondering if there is any good cam that i could put in the 350 to give me some good hp also still be a daily driver. Also if i could use the stock lifters would be better since i already bought new ones. Or any recommendations of what mods i could do to the engine.

 

make sure to use a cam with good vacuum. you might need the 350 throttle body or injectors. most mods to to fuel injection engine are programming and exhaust upgrades. you don't want to loose your low speed torque.

 

which cam you think would be best for that any cams that you know of

 

my s10 has a summit 1102, my 84 z28 has a crane. i think its an old energizer cam. both would work well with fuel injection. just find a cam that rpm range starts around 1000-1200 rpm and wide LSA, duration @0.50 is under 220 degrees
