someone point me in the right direction please!

if its not the fuel pressure regulator and no codes , if its not the CTS and no codes , if its not the fuel octane " im running 87 now , not 91" ,if the fuel return line isnt clogged , if serviceing the injectors didnt help, or the new IAC , if new oxygen sensors wont help , if there are no leaks in the exhaust or in the whole vaccum sytem , if the new ac delco's didnt help , if a new ignition coil didnt help , if setting my spark timing to 0* didnt help " i also tried advancing it and it ran worse " what is making my lo3 run rich ? , my automotive knowledge can only go so far , it didnt run like this before "pre rebuld" now post rebuild it runs like crap , evrything is hooked up right , im stumped

What was rebuilt? Just the block? Any head work? Any intake changes? Stock exhaust or headers? New cam?

I'm guessing you have a scanner.....
What is the O2 reading?
Is it going into Closed Loop?
How does it run (besides rich) does it rev up or just bog?

no , i dont have a scanner , so heres how it all started , it used to run rich because it had a leak @ the exhaust manifold , so i fixed it , then it still ran rich so i installed a new o2 sensor "didnt help" , then i saw that the yellow and black wires leading to the CTS had been clipped then crimped , so i clipped that off got another pigtail from the JY and soldered it together and covered it with shrink tubing , @ the same time i also replaced the CTS witha new one , ever sisnce then i dont have any SES codes and it still runs rich , as for the idle , it lopes due to the bad IAC valve , oh btw i even installed a new idle air temperatur sensor " the one on the air cleaner " and nothing .
